The pork:

- 1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1 (10 oz.) zucchini, cut into ¼-inch strips lengthwise
- 8 oz. cherry tomatoes
- 2 tsp olive oil, divided
- ¼ tsp salt, divided
- 4 oz. broccoli florets (about 2 cups)
- 1 (14 oz.) can reduced-salt chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons water, plus more if needed
- ⅛ tsp salt
