Buffalo Cauliflower Quinoa Meatballs

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Optional: 1-2 tbsp flour (whole wheat, all purpose or oat)
For the Sauce:
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ cup dairy free butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
