- 2 cups water
- 1 cauliflower head
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Optional: 1-2 tbsp flour (whole wheat, all purpose or oat)
- ½ cup hot sauce
- ¼ cup dairy free butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp chili powder
