  • 2 cups pitted dates (loosely packed)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free or regular)
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon raw cacao powder (sub unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut (+ extra for coating the bites)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vailla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
