Ingredients:
- 2 cups pitted dates (loosely packed)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free or regular)
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoon raw cacao powder (sub unsweetened cocoa powder)
- 3 tablespoons shredded coconut (+ extra for coating the bites)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vailla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
