Burrata Breakfast Pizza
Yield: serves 3 to 4
Total time: 2 hours (for dough rising!)
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 1 1/8 cups warm water
- 3 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup marinara/pizza sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 balls of burrata cheese
- 1/2 pound sweet italian sausage, browned
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 3 or 4 large eggs (or however many you'd like!)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsely
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
