- 1 medium yellow squash
- 1 (14 oz.) can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- ⅓ cup slivered almonds, toasted
- ¼ cup minced cilantro
- 5 large mint leaves, thinly sliced
- 5 basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp +1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- ¾ tsp chili garlic sauce
