Jamaican Jerk Chicken Thighs

- 1 bunch scallions, trimmed and cut into chunks
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled
- 3-4 habanero peppers, stemmed and seeded
- 2 inch piece fresh ginger
- Zest of 3 limes + 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
