  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1½ tsp low sodium soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
  • ½ tsp wasabi paste
  • ¼ tsp salt
The Roll:
  • 3 sheet nori (seaweed sheets)
  • 1 ½ cups cooked brown rice
  • ¾ California avocado, cut into 12 slices
  • 1 6-inch piece English cucumber, cut lengthwise into 12 strips
  • ½ red bell pepper, cut into 12 strips
