- ¾ California avocado
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp honey or agave nectar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
